Polite Police Protect Systemic Racists At Every Opportunity

Derek Chauvin vs. George Floyd now takes the stage, and with it the same familiar team of white-supremacists standing at the fore. The actions are well-woven into the fabric of racism in the US, this time including a nine-year-old and a seventeen-year-old in a process that will deny their witness. These young and principled participants are already suffering the ravages of PTSD, they will have to live with these events for the rest of their lives.

The accused are always likely to become the exonerated as the judicial process discovers all the ways that a fabric of systemic racism allows in a white-supremacist system. Fiction morphs into undeniable fact when the hallowed myths arise to defend the indefensible, the blue lives that matter will win again against the black lives that must be yoked eternally under a systemic interpretation of exclusion and domination under the weight of darkly unprincipled law.

Derek Chaupin

This time the tale is told by the witnesses first hand, the drama merges the facts found on the ground. The facts report that George Floyd’s neck was pinned between the knee of Derek Chauvin and the asphalt below, all told in less than eight minutes of recorded history. This to serve the system and to protect the criminal police in an injustice system that always spins the wheel to favor law and order. We are asked to forgive the perpetrators and to judge the victimized at every encounter with brute force. Chauvin benefits from the procedures written in the statutes that keep policemen free of any accounting, to find the means to view the socially marginalized as worthless thugs who willfully choose to defy the law — a simple-minded view of law that persuades judges to side with the perpetrator and to toss the full extent of law at the innocent. The system has always been gamed in this way, it is how criminals get to walk from the crime scene and to receive admiration from those citizens who voted for “tough on crime” judges.

The right of the privileged to benefit from spoils is never permitted to change, tradition and heritage insist that the spoils be shared with the very people who game the system. Although the evidence has already been sequestered from questioning eyes, the American interpretation of justice demands that damning evidence never be exposed to the light of day. DNA evidence may determine that the falsely imprisoned must remain behind bars despite irrefutable evidence that they are totally innocent. Please know that whites who are falsely imprisoned are released to rejoin their families when such evidence appears. Damn near no blacks are ever released to return to their families, evidence be damned .

The laws that protect the guilty are the only laws consulted in the statutes that line the walls of the prosecutor’s office. This is not evidence of fate and the blindness of judgement, it is a means to fully remove citizens from public life due to the exigencies of race, to condemn every member of that race as potentially criminal threats to polite society. Polite society to be understood as white society, by force of history.

Civic’s Vandals

The Vandals did not need any civic values to sack Rome to the bone. They needed simply to occupy the seat of government held by a ruler who had moved into the emperor’s residence. Upon the god emperor’s orders the unruly lot stormed the legislature to seek objects worth looting. Democracy in Rome had long succumbed to decadence when the place lost its honor and meaning. As empty in value and substance as the stuff offered by the barkers who follow the pulse of a populace amused by bread, circuses and blood.

Riding the wave

On the 6th day of January: 2021 of the Common Era, a sorry crew of patriots (to use their own nomenclature) arrived — dressed as expected and looking for some heads of state to roll. Such was their role. A fragile vessel as compromised as the floundering cargo craft presently gripped in the geography of ancient Egypt, the present-day subjects casting about while followed by a plague that may as well be orchestrated by locusts. The command of the empire is as mired in the muck and as deeply imbedded as the Evergreen, a gigantic vessel presently clotting the flow of modern industry, clogged at its aorta.

Odd that the clot is located just south of the Mediterranean Sea, the central water loosely held by the hapless descendants of the Roman Empire that surrounded those waters two millennia ago. Rule of law succumbs to law and order in the instant that a heart loses its pulse. Hollow traditions are not the stuff of solid governance and discipline. They are the vacant stares of the disaffected and the politician’s crave for power and glory.

Church Militant

Rightwing Catholic media dominates the religious broadcasting channels in the US. EWTN is a disciplined orthodox hegemon that suffers no left-leaning voices. It is the media of Groupthink. Their own Pope is a bit more Christlike than the preferred Church Militant tolerates, Francis is not willing to weaponize the faith, to reinvigorate a neverending Crusade on Islam.
If you are not with them, you are against them. In the parlance of white supremacists, you are the antifa — a word used without attribution — an amorphous bevy of leftists who give aid and comfort to Satan. Their demons are BLM, looters, Socialists, Anti-Life participants in the culture of death, ddictators of relativism, Fidel Cuomo or Che de Blasio.

The lifeblood of EWTN orthodoxy thrives upon the deathblood of those who stand in the way of exceptional manifest destiny. Communism is a US hobgoblin. It exists as THE existential threat in the minds of a body politic that fancies itself nonpartisan while promoting jealous right wing political stances.

Presumably, 1960s radical youth gnawed away at Mother Church, but they are now aging Boomers who are responsible for decimating the numbers of faithful and patriotic congregants who are — by dint of birth and privilege — white and right. Why are there so few black congregants (3%) among Roman Catholic churches? Why are so few blacks white supremacists?

Antifa is a label branded onto those who lean left of alt-right. The word antifa is always used without attribution, a hobgoblin that, though a straw-man construct, gets accepted as an unquestioned evil lurking in the midst of an otherwise polite God-fearing society — an existential threat to law and order.

There is a profound difference between the maintenance of law and order and justice under the rule of law. Defending a constitution becomes a sign of weakness, defending those citizens most marginalized in a society is an existential threat to law and order, separation of church and state and recognition of a “natural law” that must expeditiously drive jurisprudence. Religious liberty: code words for a systemic white-supremacist presumption that equates Constitutional law with a God-ordained a-priori natural law.

Fascism infects society in the way of a virus: it jumps from one host to another and jumps back again, gathering strength as it infects new hosts, honing new weapons to inculcate more warm bodies. It communicates via propaganda. The word propaganda originated with the Society for the Propagation of the Faith, an instrument for inculcation of “pagans” who require conversion. It is a mission statement.

A failed putsch against Congressional “antifa” occurred on January 6, 2021 at the Capitol Building, but fascists never fade away — they learn from their missteps and draw up tighter strategies to battle another day. America First is a durable institution. It was a guiding light to the Third Reich, a viral leap. The recent putsch brought some daylight to distinct characters who demonstrate how the virus of fascism jumps to and fro among hosts.

Genuine journalism demands that you fashion an ability for listening to abhorrent voices that disturb the spirit, but integrity can not be obtained by isolating yourself from opposing views. I have been listening to their programming for decades, I know where they stand and what they seek. The time has come for me to share the disturbing voices I find there. Please stay tuned for more.

Western Evilizational Exceptionalism

Just Genocide

Western Evilization is a sanctimonious white-supremacist system that justifies its brutal crime scenes with impunity. They employ superior firepower at every stage to ethnically cleanse stolen lands and ancient cultures. Their god works in mysterious ways, but it turns out all white in the end. A jealous whitewashed deity bestows divinely manifest blessings upon a dominant Western European imperial model. It is a system imposed in the name of demonocracy by fulsome imperial overlords who believe themselves manifestly privileged to mete things out. American descendants of slavery are the progeny of human resources deemed “necessary” for transforming an agrarian to an industrial economy. The enslavement of Blacks from Africa began in 1619, it coincided with the systemic genocide of every indigenous tribe, a process begun with the arrival of European empires more than a century earlier.

Originalism

Originalism: interpreting the US Constitution as the legal instrument of white wealthy propertied men. It is a system of governance that mirrors the actual events of US history. Every treaty signed with every tribe wasted during European colonization has been abrogated — dismissed with wild and wily abandon. How would the founding slavers deal with racial injustice and an exclusionary justice system? How many brutally exploited beings does it take to make a single billionaire?

A Declaration for White, Propertied Men

Here, I reword a section of the US Declaration of Independence to reflect the actual intent of the moral compass that guides thieves, liars, lynchers, and capitalists?

…We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all white wealthy propertied men are created equal, that they are endowed by their White European Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among white wealthy propertied Men, deriving their jealous powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these white wealthy propertied Mens’ ends, it is the Right of the white wealthy propertied Men to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect white wealthy propertied Mens’ Safety and Happiness…
